I wouldn't be so quick to recommend because the quality of the windows were not up to my expectations.
They are very clean and meticulous, and make sure the job is done right.
Six months ago I would not have recommended Champion Windows and Doors as we were very dissatisfied with the sending of the wrong door, then hearing 10 weeks later that the door had not been reordered. But once Mike stepped in things changed and we are very happy with our door. We realize there are circumstances that impacted these errors but at the same time those issues had a major impact on the fact that we went through the winter with a very drafty, foggy glassed old door. The quality of the work and products was good. Communication was almost non-existent; people would show up to work on the project without notice--it's a good thing I work from home. I understand things were delayed due to COVID, but a more realistic estimate up front of the time it would take to complete the work effort would have been greatly appreciated.
