Everybody was very quick and efficient. They cleaned up everything right away. It was a very good experience dealing with them.
Glass was broken in one window and screen damaged at installation........3 months later still not taken care of
We had a crack in one of the windows just days after they finished installing so I called and was told it was probably a stress crack but the problem has been trying to get someone to come out and replace the glass.
Promised date was not met. Some of our windows were removed for another job without our permission after the heater was installed. Ice dams formed where the new roof meets the house. Shingles broke in the extreme cold and it took 3 times to finish the roof. Since the build couldn't be completed in 2020 we asked to delay until Spring. Our request was denied.
