There was considerable confusion between the work order and the actual installation. This added time and expense that Champion had to absorb. This included the installer "Derrick" having to change hotels in the middle of the installation as the job could not be completed on time.

I’ve heard from several other sources that I could’ve done it for much cheaper – I realize that your windows are of the high quality, but sometimes having a middle ground is good, especially for a single income home.
