The windows are amazing, the installation for 14 windows was done in a days time. Although I have more windows, mostly newer, the casings around the windows to change was a little high in price. Overall the windows are nice

The installation and experience from the Point we placed the order on was very unpleasant! The windows were poorly installed, are not square in the corners, and they used the wrong type of caulk on the inside of our windows.

There were several issues I uncovered after the installers left… dirty windows, sliding door not fitting correctly, doors or screens not installed properly, etc. I called the sales person to ask him if there was a final inspection. I told him there were some issues that needed addressing. He said “ Since certified installers not sure if we do but I’m checking on it. If you need someone I can come out and check them out if I get free time. “. He never showed up or followed up with me on the phone. Hardly the response I expect... read more
