This is the third time I used Champion to do window work in my house. My first two experiences were an A+. However this time had some issues come up along the way so my overall grade would be a 4 star (B grade). I would recommend, but anyone I refer would be made aware of the issues I encountered.
The installers complained about how hard it was to put the windows in and put the patio doors on. One of them kept standing on our window jams. He had to paint the jams because he didn't put any protection down on them. Our screen door was installed with a deficient roller. We had to have a subsequent service call. The door is defective, and needs to be replaced.
