The product quality seems to be good but the installation quality could be improved. The team is coming back and taking care of the issues, but these were issues such as caulking and flashing that could have been done right in the first place.
Overall a good experience.
I've been trying to get a window replaced under warranty for 14 months now. I have yet to get it replaced. They can't get the part in yet. I have had numerous people come out and measure it. When they get here, it's not that problem, and they have to order a different part. Then 6 months go by only to find out it's a different piece again.It's been 15 months now.
