I really did like how they were able to come out to size up the windows we wanted to change. The installer did an amazing job accommodating the space to the window. Overall, I was very pleased with the communication and I appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the installation.
This year’s experience was much better than last year. There’s so much noise that comes from the road I’m wondering if last year’s installer actually put the windows in with all of the insulation. This year the windows are in the back of the house and I hear nothing from the road.
The first time they came to install the windows they were five inches too short. However, they did not notice this until they had already taken all of our windows out of the house. They then had to put our old windows back in and reorder new windows.
