My experience with Champion windows of Johnson City was great. Brandon explained everything and gave a very detailed presentation of the product in my home. The windows were delivered on time and the quality of installation was so seamless that it appears the entire window jamb, facings and all have been replaced. It has improved the appearance and value of my home. I experienced a decrease in the noise level immediately and am now seeing a decrease in my energy bills. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks for them to make the windows. It took them 4 weeks and they wereat my house the next day. There was one installer and he got all the windows in place that day. He cameback the next day to fine tune everything. Just remember none of this would have happened if it weren'tfor Phil Ware our salesman. My wife was sold within the first few minutes, but Phil wasn't going to do the contract until we understood everything about the windows and he gave us plenty of time to ask questions.It was a ve... read more

Overall, I had a very good experience with Champion Windows of Johnson City. The salespersons explained the products well. The product arrived before I expected it to arrive, and it was installed in a timely manner.

I have nothing but good things to say about Champion Windows. The only issues we had were with the time frame and they had to fix my drainage. Everything else was great.

They were great. They didn't make a mess, and I've had a mess when other people came before. They were really nice to us. They saw to our needs, and they gave us what we wanted.

Overall, they did a good job. They were on time and most of the workmanship was grade A except for they did paint one board. That was something that they don't do.

I would recommend Champion Windows of Tri-Cities to anyone. Their workmanship and salesman are top quality. Their product is also top quality. Be sure to ask for Tom and Don.
