We were definitely satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the windows and the crew themselves. We were a little dissatisfied that it took longer than it was supposed to. We weren't told that. We are overall satisfied with everything else.

My experience working with Champion Windows of Tri-Cities is that they were professional. They were courteous. They were very caring and explained everything as they did it so that I would understand. The window looks awesome and it has helped greatly with the warmth of the room. I'm glad we went with Champion Windows.

I have been very satisfied with Champion Windows of Tri-Cities. The windows are easy to maintain. They keep the cold air out of my house, and the sunshine no longer fades my furniture by the windows. Everyone at the company has been very nice.

We had a great experience working with Champion Windows of Tri-Cities. We had no problems whatsoever, and they did everything they said they would do. There were here on time and they finished within the timeframe promised. Everything was exactly as promised by Champion.

I would recommend Champion. I did check with other companies. According to my budget we couldn't do all of the windows at once. We did half now, and will do the rest in the spring. I couldn't find another company would do that for us. Plus, the windows are made better than the other companies.

From the sales person to the sales crew to the gentleman who did my measurements to the office staff everyone I worked with was professional and courteous. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone. Their quality and price cannot be beat.
