I am satisfied with Champion each step of the way. They we're courteous and kept in touch with me about the questions I had.
When we do the other windows, we would like to have the same crew because they know exactly what they're doing!
Everything was as promised but outside window trim did not have the finished look it should. Crew tried to make it right bu said there were siding issues. We were not told wired alarm contacts had to be replaced with wireless units on one window...easy to do but left window unarmed for a week
