Our salesperson was very open with us during our discussion about widows, pricing and other competitors. The work crew was exceptional: on time and worked very hard. All material were picked up and no trash left behind.
The products are of very good quality yet more importantly they stand behind their product. I live 50 miles beyond the municipal KC area in an earth contact home with very intense Western sunlight. Twice in almost 20 years, they have replaced any windows when needed. The product and service is first class.
Champion Windows did a good job and provided a fair value for the investment. There was an issue with the largest picture window being six inches too short (after they measured 2 times previously). This caused a 4-5 week delay in our project, however Champion provided a 2% reduction in cost and did the install of the single window over a weekend. Would recommend Champion.
I am very glad we did it because I waited 10 years for this. The crew was very professional and friendly. The electrician was absolutely wonderful. Everyone did their job. They were super nice. The only regret I had was that we didn't make it bigger.
