We've had about five windows installed with them before, and we're satisfied.
They look nice, and I think they're going to help a lot with energy.
They arrived on time for the estimate of hail damage to our windows and on for the removal and replacement work.
They brought out the wrong windows but were very accommodating when I told them they were wrong. They admitted their order and said they would go ahead and install the ones they delivered but order the correct ones at no additional charge. However, after they were installed, I liked them so much I called Champion and told them I would keep them. They did an adjustment for me since the windows I have were less expensive than the ones I ordered.
The installation crew were efficient, polite and cleaned up very nicely.
We used this company a year ago to put in windows and when we needed the sliding glass door replaced we requested the same two gentlemen to do the installing.
