I would highly recommend them.
The windows are beautiful, and they are just what we wanted.
I think they went above and beyond. There was nothing written down about the trimming inside the house. They did not bring the tools they needed, but they went out and got the supplies needed to trim the windows on the inside.
The whole process went really smoothly, from first meeting with the sales representative, to measuring the windows, to installing them. Windows are really nice and we are reminded of how much they keep outside sound out everytime we open them...
The doors are beautiful and Brian Andrade is a great representative of the company. The installers did a great job, but I was unhappy that they dismissed the problem they caused when the trim was cracked. All other customer service interactions were poor and it took many weeks to have the problem with the trim resolved.
Positive experience with Champion Sun Room installation provided on a previous home gave me comfort with securing replacement windows for my current home.
Our salesperson, Danny Blevins, was great and the store manager was good at resolving issues.
