So far, I believe it's a quality product and I am very happy with the look, the seal, form, and function. I was very happy with the customer service and their response time.
As far as putting the windows in, the installation was perfect. The only issues I have are that my wife can't lock the new windows and the installer put the blinds in incorrectly. I would recommend the installer to anybody, but not for blinds, haha.
Champion Windows of Kansas City did an excellent job with my patio doors. I have no complaints, they are beautiful and work well.
