Great companyto conduct business with. Sales staff did a good job explaining the windows and the process of getting the windows installed. Rob was especially helpful. I appreciate his response to my questions and concerns about the product. I would recommend Champion for future customers.
The installer communicated very well!
The installers were professional and very courteous. The electrician, Clay Long and his crew had to get up into our attic. One of his guys stepped onto the ceiling of the garage leaving a large gash/hole in our ceiling. After following up with Champion reps on my part twice telling Robert my contract is with Champion and ultimately Champion is responsible for the repairs Robert (Champion Rep) said he had to give Clay a chance to fix it.
