From the lady who answered to phone when I first called to the final installation they were the most professional, friendly, caring group of people that I have ever worked with. They were on time. They were always cheerful. There was no negativity at all in the service we received from them.
Two guys came to do the work. They probably needed more help than just the two of them. They didn't have the experience or the tools that they needed to do the job. The framing fell because they didn't have enough support. They should have known better. There are a lot of holes from the nails that shouldn't have been there, as a result of this. If you don't look closely it looks good. Some of the wood was not as quality as it should have been.
I was very pleased working with Champion Windows of Knoxville. They gave me a very professional experience for the first meeting to the installation. Everything went as planned and I was very satisfied.
