The process takes too long. My sales representative did not keep me informed about what was going on. When he got the check, that was the last time I heard from him.

Poor made quality one, improperly measurements so didn't fit properly, work promise at sale was not done. Damage to my window sill on one. Best to get local window company.

Was given several conflicting responses in regards to my weekly phone calls inquiring about my installation dates. Appointments were made & cancelled. Managers did not return my phone calls. Still waiting on response from question I phoned in before Christmas. During door installation my trim was cut wrong & patches back in place.
