Everyone was professional and friendly. They were on time. The clean up crew was great. The only complaint I have is that the salesperson did not give me enough information on the slider windows. I was looking for tilt windows and he didn't tell me that they didn't tilt. That is the main thing I am disappointed with. They are not contacting me back about this.
