My windows are cracked and it will take a couple of months for me to get new windows.
Nothing with my installation went how I was told it would go. The supervisor said they would come back and check the work. They never showed up. The window has a leak.
I would not recommend them because it took way too long to get my windows installed and I felt like they kept putting it off.
I can not get Window World of Louisville to communicate with be regarding my project.
Windows were measured incorrectly. Trim finished with wrong color. To date I’ve not received a call fromChampion with a resolution or new install date?
My siding is falling off the house. I have called and they were supposed to be out tomorrow. They have called and rescheduled and it has been the fourth time they have rescheduled. I have heard every excuse for the worker not to come out.
