If I had to rate you I would give you a C+ or B- and not because of the window quality but for the typical customer service that has become the standard today. I also can’t really complain about the process of dealing with removing and replacing things in a 20 year old house and that went very smoothly. My problems deal with being the last of a Friday and the previous job not being completed so they had to finish that first.
