If I had to rate you I would give you a C+ or B- and not because of the window quality but for the typical customer service that has become the standard today. I also can’t really complain about the process of dealing with removing and replacing things in a 20 year old house and that went very smoothly. My problems deal with being the last of a Friday and the previous job not being completed so they had to finish that first. They good quality, good service, if I had a problem they sent someone out to immediately took care of it.
Everything was good. I am very pleased with the windows and the professionalism. The salesperson that came out said to let him know if I saw anything that needed to be corrected and not to hesitate to call him. I am about to have them come back out to correct a few things that I have noticed. His professionalism was outstanding.
The work crew went above and beyond to make things absolutely perfect.
