The installation crew and local office has been fantastic thus far. Our windows were installed two days ago. However, a very expensive upgraded window was not delivered to them and the window in the bathroom was installed but not obscured-the correct glass. We are currently awaiting Champion to correct the situation. I strongly disagree with a lot of the negative reviews.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Champion Windows. The installation crew, Al and his son, were phenomenal.
The installation was quick. The installation crew was on time, they were very quick and efficient. The windows look nice and they reduce some of the noise from the highway but not all of it.
