I love my Champion windows. However, it took the crew three visits to finally get my French doors installed correctly. And it was usually impossible to reach them on Fridays, as no one ever answered the phone during normal business hours on that day.
I am totally satisfied and happy with the work and the windows and everything.
I think they should be professional enough to call me back if I have a problem.
I would recommend Champion Windows to anyone. The only thing is they need to tell you everything before you get started - like when you look at the finished product, and the windows still need to be painted.
