The installation went very well as well as the timing of arrival. But Brandon the salesperson wasn't very responsive to my phone calls and text messages.
The windows are very nice and have made a big difference in my sun-room.
Had the windows been completely shatter proof like all of the other companies I looked at, I would 100% recommend Champion Windows of Macon to others. I was not told and I didn't ask about the screens being shatter proof. I should not have assumed they were shatter proof.
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and I think it'll save me in painting, etc. They did the roof and the siding.
