Had the windows been completely shatter proof like all of the other companies I looked at, I would 100% recommend Champion Windows of Macon to others. I was not told and I didn't ask about the screens being shatter proof. I should not have assumed they were shatter proof.
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product and I think it'll save me in painting, etc. They did the roof and the siding.
I had an issue with the doors we ordered. Champion made it right and reimbursed me, but in their advertisement they need to address that they are not Champion doors. They are Larson doors available at Lowe's. In Bobby Carr's defense he did not know they were not a craft door.
They did a good job and keep the job clean.
Champion was very thorough, very professional, and I thought they did what they said they were going to do and did it in a timely manner.
