Sales rep was knowledgeable and no pressure. Surprised to have a one man installation team with help on the second day just for extreme size of two windows. Single man did well and knew what he was doing.
They've taken care of the problems. We had a situation with it being an older house, so it was more complicated. They handled that well and met expectations.
