I have always wanted a garden window in my kitchen. I was disappointed in the construction of the window because the locking devices are on the outer edge of the window, four feet away. I have to climb into the sink to lock/unlock them. The installers got carried away taking tiles off the wall to install the window. When they told me they were finished and the tiles weren't replaced, I was informed that I would have to hire someone who installs tiles to install them. I was not happy with the additional expense. Everyone at Champion Windows is very nice and goes out of their way to make sure everything is done properly. We have had wonderful relations with them for many years.
