They were very professional, very quick, and very polite.
I was disappointed after reading into Champion Windows policy that their policy for masks was so lax and they were ok with sending crews to my home that wouldn't wears masks when we have immunocompromised people in our home. This put them in danger and I was very upset by that.
I called at the end of June and they told me they could do the measurements at the time. I had given them my address and everything. I got no follow-up call. I called a second time and got no answer. I call a third time and complained that no one got in touch with me. A man from cooperate called me and said he would take care of it and he did.
