I was disappointed after reading into Champion Windows policy that their policy for masks was so lax and they were ok with sending crews to my home that wouldn't wears masks when we have immunocompromised people in our home. This put them in danger and I was very upset by that.

I called at the end of June and they told me they could do the measurements at the time. I had given them my address and everything. I got no follow-up call. I called a second time and got no answer. I call a third time and complained that no one got in touch with me. A man from cooperate called me and said he would take care of it and he did. They sent someone out immediately and I was very pleased with that. They said the windows would take 10-12 weeks to get here and that would have gone to December. We had to leave in No... read more

It took them three measurements just to get my windows right, the installer couldn't do the windows because of the measurements and they had to redo it.
