While the product itself is worth the horrible experience and aggravating process, there were times when I considered contacting my attorney for advice about canceling the job. I was promised the job would be accomplished within 6 months of signing and would take 5-10 days once started. The job was STARTED 14 months after signing and took over 5 months to complete!!!
