We signed the contract for a screen porch in July 2021. Work on the porch did not start until the middle of September 2022. There was not much communication from Champion during that time. What was surprising was that people had to be brought in from different states to do our work here.
Things were done in a timely manner and very professional.
Our salesman assured us installation would be before thanksgiving and it was much sooner. He was very knowledgeable of product and thorough with presentation. Install crew very professional and work was excellent
I recommended to my parents. We had a great experience from the initial appointment process, to the sales meeting in our home, the measurements and install.
The order was not right, and it failed inspection after it was installed.
I would recommend them as the project was early (by months) and all went really well. Very pleased.
