The window from Champion is nice. The process of getting the window installed is where they fell short. The installation was delayed several times. Finally, when the installation took place, the crew that was sent tried to rush through the job and therefore left the site without fully finishing the job.
There were learning curves because we were the first in the region to get the product we ordered installed. But in the end Champion bent over backwards to make sure that we were pleased. They really made sure that they took care of us.
