Was up to a 15 week wait to start. The instalation took tue days, the rushed the job. Before I signed i pointed out multiple issue. They did correct them but the next day I notice many more.
It took 5 months to get our windows. We had to call about the windows multiple times and got almost no communication from the company.
The room we wanted windows and siding installed, had water damage(rotten wood). The windows got installed first. The installer admitted, after seeing the rotted wood, the walls should be fixed first. But installed the windows anyway. The siding crew shows up 2 months later. When they seen the wood damage, they were not prepared for the job at hand. Service and quality of the windows is very poor.
They were very professional and impressivery sat inve I'm very satisfied with their work.We thank you for your product. Will call you years from now to comment on the windows.
