I feel like they did not deliver the quality I expected after paying so much and there was a"misunderstanding" about what would be done
They did an incomplete job and I had to call them back out to complete the job right!! I'm still waiting for them to finish the job! Next scheduled meeting 5 January 2023!!
I am still, four weeks later, trying to get them to come out and complete the job.
I have a window with no screen, have made arrangements off work 3 times, no show, no call.
I've waited till I had the windows for a while to rate. I wouldn't recommend because the seal of the windows is terrible. I get ants and spiders getting through even with the windows closed. I have glue traps on the window sill. They fill up with so many bugs it's terrible. I even have terminix service.
