Our salesman answered all of our questions, thoroughly explained our options, and has been easy to connect with. Our installer was fantastic - on time, quality work, friendly, and efficient. When a problem came up (which was not Champion’s fault), he knew what to do, got the supplies he needed, and did the extra work to make sure our windows were installed correctly. We were very impressed with him.
The installer was great. He was in and out very quickly. It was great.
I am not real happy about the installation of my windows from Champion Windows. They told me that it would take two days. The installer was here for part of a day and came the next day but only stayed until noon. It rained over the weekend and it was open. My bathroom window had screws that got covered up.
