The installers were absolutely phenomenal!
We have redone all of the windows and doors in our home through Champion. Until this last experience, we would have said yes, definitely recommend. And we have recommended them to our neighbors who purchased Champion products. BUT this last install was a horrible experience. Although the gentlemen did quality work, their communication and attitude towards us was quite challenging. We were used to past Champion treatment. This install did not compare. I was not home when they installed the windows but I'm happy with the product I'm happy with their service I received what I am extremely unhappy about is being harassed about taking this stupid survey I understand asking me to take it but endless phone calls at all times of the night and constant harassment is uncalled for
