I didn't really care for the fact that neither gentleman working didn't wear a mask or ask, especially during this time of COVID. I'm very happy with the windows themselves, but being in my home all day, I think it's appropriate to ask about PPE. The guys were nice, but this rubbed me wrong because I have a 3-month old and a 2-year old. Also, I'm not happy that the trim we paid extra for, which I was led to believe would match the rest of my windows in the house, don't even come close to matching. I have had their windows in 2 of my homes. I love their product. I can tell a difference right away and I can't wait to see how it changing the efficiency of our house.
I was most impressed with the warranty.
Everything Champion said as far as the timeline was great, and they didn't require any payment for changes other than additional square footage and an electrical outlet above. I was 100% satisfied.
