Everyone was very helpful and any issues we had they resolved for us.
I didn't really care for the fact that neither gentleman working didn't wear a mask or ask, especially during this time of COVID. I'm very happy with the windows themselves, but being in my home all day, I think it's appropriate to ask about PPE. The guys were nice, but this rubbed me wrong because I have a 3-month old and a 2-year old. Also, I'm not happy that the trim we paid extra for, which I was led to believe would match the rest of my windows in the house, don't even come close to matching.
