We were not able to go with the original price offered. That said, they worked with us to have an installation that we could afford. They did not have the right color of trim with them on installation day. However, they promptly got it and finished the installation. Sometimes the way to judge a company is by the way they handle a mistake. They did this well. So far we are happy with our choice.
The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. The original installers didn't do a great job but a service person came out fixed it and we're totally happy.
I was very pleased with the outcome. The window looks beautiful. The installation crew and the whole experience was excellent. I would and already have recommended them.
Very professional company. You get what they advertise and it is great quality.
