The team was extremely clean and professional and the work site was maintained which was all we asked for - no nails laying around which was important because we have kids. The work was done right quickly and efficiently; we had no questions about the work when it was done. It was completed according to the contract and the price, it was a painless process for us as a customer.

The overall job was good. They have my back one hundred percent. I am happy that we had Champion put up our room. I am in my sunroom every day. It makes life a little bit better for me.

They were really knowledgeable in the presentation. He was able to get us what we want. We were looking at some different windows and asked him about a particular product and he went and got the resources and looked at it and gave my wife what she wanted. The installers just came in and did their thing and they were out of there, real professional and courteous at all times.

The salesman was very professional, did an excellent presentation of the product, and demonstrated the product. He did a super job. I was overall very impressed with whole experience. As far as the installers go, they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everyday, worked hard hours, and made sure the job was done right. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I was pleased with everyone that I spoke with at Champion and I was pleased with their workmanship. They were on time with the installation and they were very helpful with getting my window treatments down and put back up, even though they don't normally do that.

If you're looking for customer service you will not find it here. The install crew did a really good job, but their customer service people are unwilling or unable to help you if you have a problem. If you have a warranty issue - good luck getting them to own up on it.

Go with Champion Windows, they are the best. The supervisor for the siding went out of his way to help me and I think that my house looks much better now. I am satisfied with the work that they did.
