Champion Windows has excellent workmanship. It is absolutely perfect. They completed the work in a very timely manner. They were very pleasant people to work with. They weren't rude or anything. It was a perfect experience.

I believe the sales staff at Champion Windows are very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I was extremely satisfied with the product quality. My gas bill went down 30 dollars!

The company is a professional, well organized, highly efficient, and reasonably priced company. the quality of the product met and exceeded our expectations. The color and workmanship blended well in our dinning room. The workers arrived on time, as scheduled, and professionally installed the door and cleaned up really well. They did a beautiful job cleaning up and the installation was completed a lot faster than expected.

The salesman, Jim Pruett, was very good. He explained the process to me, and invited me to come to their location to see how they manufacture the windows. He went into great detail about what they do to build it, and the fact that they put the foam inside sold me on their product. I looked at two other places, and the construction was similar, but the effort Jim made by taking me over there and showing me what they do really convinced me that I would be getting the best bang for my buck with Champion. I really like the Champion product. The roof is really nice, and it doesn't leak. Champion Windows of Omaha is very thorough, and address all problems.

Champion Windows was quick in response to my request for information. They promptly scheduled a meeting with me. I changed my original order with no problem upgrading to a better window. They advised me of the waiting time, which was completely accurate. When they came and installed, they came exactly on time. They completed the work in half a day. My utility bills are a lot less since I have installed those windows.

I found working with the Champion team to be very rewarding. They not only have great products, but they educate their customers on the importance of insulation and how their products work with the use of sun-simulating lights. They show you the value of the insulated glass, and of the silver in their product. They show you how the product achieves its value. The whole process was efficient, and people were friendly. They demonstrated that they care about your happiness and the insulation.

Brian was punctual for the first meeting at our house. He met with my wife because I was out of town. Due to our travel schedule he met us on the Friday after Thanksgiving even though the office was closed. He showed us everything we needed and we closed the deal on that day.
