The purchase was easy to make and the salesman was very helpful in helping me find the style I wanted and that would work in the area where I was replacing windows. I do wish that they would allow sales people to set up repair work when you have other windows already from the company so you can get work done at one time and not have to try to get it set up on your own.

Everything about the actual installation process of the windows and doors was great. The problem I have was lack of contact after the windows were installed, regarding the doors to be installed. Was told it would be a few weeks and ended up being several months. I understand the reason for the delay but I could not get anyone from the company to call me back for months just to let me know the delay was going to be longer. I just wanted to confirm that the order wasn't lost.
