They told me they were going to clean the window, but they did not. I am unsure of why they did not clean the windows after installation, but they will be back in the spring to polish the window.
They are great quality windows and we notice a significant difference in how it stayed warm through the winter.
Windows are alright but warranty service is substandard. Wont answer online warranty request, called twice and online chat twice. No response. Had a broken sash on installation and no follow up as to when this would be replaced.
