Everything about the actual installation process of the windows and doors was great. The problem I have was lack of contact after the windows were installed, regarding the doors to be installed. Was told it would be a few weeks and ended up being several months. I understand the reason for the delay but I could not get anyone from the company to call me back for months just to let me know the delay was going to be longer. I just wanted to confirm that the order wasn't lost.
I had a great experience with the entire process from ordering to installation. The price was very competitive!
Need to have supplies to do job.
