After the initial purchase and installation of our windows went so well we decided to order additional windows to complete the upgrade sooner than we anticipated.
Actual window install was fine. But install was nearly six months after the contract was signed. Of course, staffing is a problem at many companies.
Justin and Matthew (installers) were awesome. They were informative, keep me posted, and answered all of my questions. I had a lot of questions, and they never got annoyed.
