We have been very happy with our windows. Staying informed on the status of our order became a little difficult between placing our order and getting the windows installed, i had to reach out to our sales person a few times to finally get our windows installed - but i understand why it took so long.
It is a good product, but the process of getting the product installed was really challenging. They were not responsive when we were trying to schedule the installation.
They guys were fantastic. They got the job done really quick, and every time we asked a question they answered it right away.
Excellent installer that was able to work the siding issue I had.
