This is the second time I have used them. The first was about 6 years ago. That's why I called again. We were pretty satisfied the first time. The second time, they had a changing of the guard. I think the windows, as far as I can tell, seem to be fine. There were things that happened in scheduling. The manager was from out of the area and scheduled our appointment. I work full time. They did not fix the outside of our flashing on the windows.
