I was happy with everything overall and was really impressed. The guys that came out were nice and knew what they were doing. They kept everything clean and taped off. They also worked fast.
Installation crew was fantastic! We are very happy with the job they did.

Kevin Sawyers, my salesperson, is awesome. He is extremely friendly and courteous. Kevin does not rush people and he is not an aggressive salesperson. He makes you feel like the most important person. You can tell he loves his job. He appreciates the customer and he respects the company. I commend Kevin and it has been a treat working with him.
On a whole the roof looks good and the job was completed in a timely manner.
The door and the materials are great, the problem that we had was they sent the wrong door which they had to install and later remove when the right door finally arrived. Also there was no apology whatsoever from the company.
I think the product is wonderful. They just need to work on communication when it comes to problems and product delays.
