We were really happy with how they came in and talked us through the process. We asked how long it would be because we have small kids, so we took them out for a little bit. We were really happy with the communication.
Although we were pretty satisfied with the quality oft he product and the workmanship, we had to have them come back out and clean up a "sloppy" caulk job, which they did, and did to our satisfaction.
