We have been very satisfied with Champion Windows of Richmond. The windows open easily and yet are excellent insulators. One person can successfully clean them without undue strain (and we have very large windows).
We were really happy with how they came in and talked us through the process. We asked how long it would be because we have small kids, so we took them out for a little bit. We were really happy with the communication.
Although we were pretty satisfied with the quality oft he product and the workmanship, we had to have them come back out and clean up a "sloppy" caulk job, which they did, and did to our satisfaction.
