There were a couple of issues that they needed to comeback and take care of. Overall the job was done very efficently. Champion was recommended to us by a friend and after seeing the demonstration done by Sammi we did not look at other companies.

I was impressed with the quality of the workers. They were here on time, they cleaned up, and everything was just on time. They had their teams ready to go, and I was very impressed.

I think that the guy that installed was good, but his helper was not. I think that the upper management is not very good, because they did not show up once. Considering the problems that I had with the scheduling, I felt that someone would have showed up, but they did not. If I was upper management and I had problems that occurred with a customer, I would be sure to make a personal appearance.
