I would give them an average rating because of the issue with the installation. They don't slide as easily as what was demonstrated.

It took me a long time to find a window company, it's not as easy as you would think. When I finally found Champion, the thing that made me go with them was because of Rick, my salesperson. He took the time to explain everything and to make sure that I understood the product, but also understood the process. As far as the windows go, I love them so much.
